Why Connector Kim Exists
Connector Kim was created to bridge the gap between entrepreneurs who are passionate about their work but frustrated by wasted time and missed connections. I believe that building a thriving business starts with showing up in the right rooms, connecting with the right people, and leading with real value. Through workshops, speaking engagements, and collaborative strategy, my goal is to empower entrepreneurs to network smarter, market with authenticity, and build communities — not just contact lists.
My Journey to Collaboration and Connection
I remember walking into my very first networking event thinking, “Maybe I should just go home.” I was terrified, unsure if I would be welcomed, and questioning whether I even belonged in the room. But that day changed everything. The warmth and encouragement I experienced planted a seed that would grow into my life’s work.
Over the years, I transitioned from hiding in the corner to leading the very rooms I once feared. I expanded my passion for connection by taking over Professional Women of WI in 2022, a group I first nervously joined in 2014. I founded Opportunity’s Knaaking to offer strategic digital marketing, personalized trainings, and networking experiences — designed for entrepreneurs who, like me, were tired of feeling unseen and unsupported.
Today, I help business owners build intentional relationships, market authentically, and show up in the right rooms with clarity and confidence — because your energy, time, and voice deserve to be valued.

With over a decade of experience in digital marketing, business development, and event leadership, I’ve built my career on the belief that connection creates opportunity. As the Director of Professional Women of WI, I facilitate spaces where women entrepreneurs grow personally and professionally through meaningful relationships.
Through my company, Opportunity’s Knaaking, I support solopreneurs and small business owners by offering customized digital marketing strategy, visibility coaching, and networking facilitation — all with a focus on education-first marketing and authentic collaboration.
Whether guiding an entrepreneur to define their ideal client or helping them find the right room to build relationships, my mission remains the same: empower business owners to show up with clarity, connect with confidence, and grow with intention.
